To take the APICS exam, you need an ATT, which can be purchased at ATIM. If you have an ATT, you can schedule an exam at Pearson Vue on a day and time of your choosing. After ATIM has requested the ATT, you can find it in your account on the website of APICS. The ATT is valid for six months after application. Information about testing policies and the requirements for an ATT renewal can be found in the APICS Exam Handbook. Along with the testing policy, this also outlines the processes, procedures and policies related to APICS training. It is recommended that the handbook be read in its entirety before applying for an APICS exam.
Membership
An ASCM membership is valid for one year and is activated right after you purchase study materials. This membership gives you access to exam discounts and other member benefits for one year. Your membership will end automatically after one year.
For just €215, excluding VAT, per year, you can already become a member of ASCM/APICS.
When you become a member, you get to enjoy the following perks:
- You will receive 6 maintenance points each year you are a member. 5 years after obtaining your certification you must have accumulated 75 maintenance points to maintain your certification. For more information about APICS 's maintenance program, visit the following tab

CPIM exam
In the CPIM exam, you will be given 150 multiple-choice questions. You will have a total of 3.5 hours to complete the exam.
Exam training
The CPIM classroom course ends with exam practice. In this session, you will work on multiple-choice questions to prepare for the exam. If you have any questions, feel free to ask your APICS instructor. If you've opted for classroom training, the exam practice is already included. E-learning participants can join the exam practice at no extra cost. Self-study learners can also join the standard exam practice for a fee (€100 per module).
Certification
If you pass the exams, you can use the internationally recognized and prestigious title CPIM.
CTSC exam
In the CTC exam, you will be given 150 multiple-choice questions. You will have a total of 3.5 hours to take the exam.
Exam training
The CTSC classroom training ends with exam preparation. In this session, you will get the chance to practice answering multiple-choice questions. If you have any questions, feel free to ask your APICS instructor. If you've opted for the classroom coaching option, the exam preparation is already included. E-learning participants can join the exam preparation session at no extra cost. Self-study candidates also have the option to attend the standard exam training for a fee (€100 per module).

If you pass the exams, you will be able to use the internationally recognized and prestigious title CTSC.
CSCP exam
The CSCP exam comprises multiple-choice questions, and all modules are completed in one go. You will have a total of 3.5 hours to complete the exam.
Admission requirements
To sit for the CSCP exam, you must meet at least 1 of the following criteria:
- At least 3 years of supply chain related work experience.
- In possession of a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- Possess a APICS CPIM , APICS CFPIM, APICS CIRM, APICS SCOR-P, CPM, CSM or CPSM certificate.
The APICS exam is conducted through CBT (Computer Based Testing). To sit for the exam, you must purchase an ATT (Authorization To Test) from ATIM, and then you must redeem it within a specific timeframe at APICS.
Then book your on-site exam at Pearson Vue, on a day and time that works for you.

If you pass the exam, you will be entitled to use the internationally recognized and prestigious title CSCP.
CLTD exam
The CLTD exam comprises multiple-choice questions, and all modules are completed in one go. You will have a total of 3.5 hours to complete the exam.

If you pass both partial exams, you will be entitled to use the internationally recognized and prestigious title CLTD.
Maintenance
To maintain your APICS certification, you need to acquire and submit 75 professional development maintenance credits every five years.
You can collect these points by participating in various educational activities that you are already engaged in to enhance your knowledge of the supply chain and keep up with the latest trends.
