The way you answer the phone says a lot about you as an organization. Effective phone answering is a key success factor for business. Moreover, with the advent of the cell phone, we make more calls than ever. The trouble is that we cannot make eye contact during a phone call and therefore cannot control how the other person reacts. We also miss body language such as nodding, blushing or shrugging our shoulders.

But how do you remain professional and friendly when the phone rings incessantly, you hear complaints, you have to convey information clearly and clearly, and in between you have to call a customer for an appointment? This training focuses on handling telephone calls in a professional and customer-oriented manner. We make use of role-playing. The exercises are discussed in detail by the trainer.
