Purpose and bases of processing personal data

By agreeing to this privacy statement, you expressly consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the AVG to the processing of your personal data for the purposes listed below. You may withdraw this consent at any time. However, if you do not provide us with certain data or do not allow us to process it, we may not be able to serve you properly.

If you have not given us explicit consent to process your personal data or if you have withdrawn such consent, the processing of your personal data may be subject to the bases of Articles 6(1)(b), (c) and/or (f) of the AVG. Processing of your personal data may in that case take place without your consent, provided that this is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which you are or become a party, or necessary for the representation of the legitimate interests of ATIM. In addition, we may be under a legal obligation to process your personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

View, correct or delete

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the digital personal data we hold about you in a readable computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You may send a request to access, correct, delete, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@atim.nl

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

We would also like to remind you that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national regulator, the Personal Data Authority.
